SJ Gems provides FREE SHIPPING on all jewellery and diamond orders to main centres within the borders of the Republic of South Africa. Our courier partner is The Courier Guy and overnight shipping applies to all major service centres. Outlying areas may experience up to three days for delivery.

This delivery timeframe excludes the manufacturing lead time or any additional lead time required for selected products. This includes jewelry items that are manufactured as per order.

To ensure there’s no risk, all shipments are fully insured until signed for by you.

All SJ Gems’ shipments are insured by GUARDRISK INSURANCE COMPANY LTD for a value of up to R100,000.00. Additional insurance cover charges may apply on orders exceeding R 100,000.00 in value. Please contact us to arrange a quote for you. We also offer High Fidelity Express Courier options for high value goods.

*Security purposes – When shipped, your parcel will be marked as ‘3D Print’ and under a different sender name.
Do not accept an opened or damaged parcel from the courier. Please notify SJ Gems of such an instance immediately to ensure a quick resolve.
